Finding Your Bus Stop

You will get on the bus at the stop nearest to where you are starting your trip. This will be at a bus shelter or next to a bus stop sign.

Try to be at the stop 5 to 10 minutes before the bus is scheduled to arrive.

Throughout Lackawanna County, COLTS bus stops are marked by white signs with blue lettering. The signs identify the numbers of the route(s) that stop at that particular location.

Additionally, bus shelters are located throughout Lackawanna County.

Fixed bus routes may be “flag stopped” in a safe place anywhere along the route. The bus will stop at the next corner, provided the driver deems it a safe area for the bus to stop and for all passengers to board and disembark.
