All COLTS passes and schedules are available at:

  • COLTS’ administrative office, 800 North South Road
  • The Lackawanna Transit Center, 30 Lackawanna Ave.

31-day and day passes are available at the following:

  • Gerrity’s Supermarket locations in Lackawanna County:
    1.    Keyser Oak Shopping Center
    2.    702 South Main Ave., Scranton
    3.    320 Meadow Ave,. Scranton
    4.    4015 Birney Ave., Moosic

Select schedules are available at each location.

You can purchase the passes below:

  • 31-day regular and student
  • 31-day adult student
  • 10-ride regular
  • 10-ride student
  • Day passes

  • Albright Memorial Library on Vine Street
  • The Nancy Kay Holmes Branch on Green Ridge Street
  • The Valley Community Library at 739 River St. in Peckville
  • The Carbondale Public Library at 5 North Main St., Carbondale.
