Onboard Package Limit Policy

So long as it is reasonable, COLTS drivers will assist with the loading and unloading of packages. However, it is the responsibility of the passenger to maintain the packages and ensure they do not block the aisle of present risk to other passengers or the driver.

To ensure timely service, clients are limited to three shopping bags with a 15 pound limit per bag.

Drivers will assist customers to the front door of their place of residence, or, if the customer is a resident of an apartment building, to the front door of the building. If you have more than three shopping bags, you will be required to carry them yourself.
