LTC Lobby to Reopen on Monday; Customer Service Desk to Remain Closed
The lobby of the Lackawanna Transit Center will be open to COLTS passengers again beginning Monday, Jan. 4, 2021. Facial coverings that cover the nose and mouth must be worn, and social distancing guidelines set forth by the CDC must be followed. The Customer Service Desk will remain closed until further notice.
