All meetings will be held on the last Wednesday of the month, unless otherwise noted. The meetings are held at 4:30 p.m. at the COLTS Operations and Maintenance Facility, 800 North South Road, Scranton PA 18504.

October 28th
November 18th (Third Wednesday, in November due to Thanksgiving)
December 16th (Third Wednesday, in December due to Christmas)
