Service to Industrial Parks

COLTS services several industrial parks in Lackawanna County. COLTS encourages employers to incentivize the use of public transportation for employees to get to work. Employers can subsidize half the cost of a monthly bus pass ($30), and the employee can pay the balance ($30) for the total of $60. Employers can also purchase monthly passes for employees.
