Citizens’ Advisory Committee (CAC)

The next Citizens’ Advisory Committee Meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at COLTS headquarters, 800 North South Road, Scranton.

COLTS is always looking for new members of its Citizens Advisory Committee to get input and feedback from our riders and stakeholders. We are continually trying to improve our service to you, and we need your help.

The CAC generally meets every two to three months.
