Weekdays: 5:15 a.m. to 12:55 a.m. Please note that NOT all COLTS fixed routes operate during this time.
Saturdays: 7:45 a.m. to 12:55 a.m.
ADA service mirrors the service area and time of fixed route buses.

COLTS does not operate on Sundays.
COLTS does not provide service on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
All COLTS vehicles are ADA compliant.
- Seniors 65 and older ride FREE all the time with a Senior Fare card. These are available through COLTS.
- Cash: $1.75
- Children 45 inches and shorter and accompanied by an adult ride free.
- College students, faculty and staff may be able to ride certain routes for free. Please check with your college or visit www.coltsbus.com/colleges for more information.
31-Day Adult Passes: $60;

If you are under 65 years old and have a valid Medicare card, you can ride at the reduced rate of half the regular rate. If you have a disability as de ned by the Americans with Disabilities
Act of 1990, you may be eligible for a Reduced Fare Card.

Transit Center, at coltsbus.com under “COLTS Fares,” or by calling (570) 346-2061.
Reduced Fare Card: .85
Reduced Fare Transfers: .35
Transfers are available for 75 cents and can be used when you are traveling more than one bus route. Ask your driver for one as soon as you board the bus. Transfers can only be purchased at the same time as your regular cash fare. Transfers are for use only in continuous direction – from point of origin to point of destination. Transfers are not good for a return trip on the same route, or on any other route returning to your point of origin. Transfers are good only for 90 minutes from the time of purchase and only on the date purchased.
Connecting service to Luzerne County buses is available on the #26 Mohegan Sun, #28 Pittston, and #31 Old Forge routes.
If you leave something on a COLTS bus, you can call 570-346-2061 to see if it was found. Items left at COLTS administrative offices for more than 30 days will be donated to charity.
COLTS complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related statutes. Title VI provides that “no person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.” COLTS operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with COLTS.
