Right-to-Know and Open Records Request Form

The COLTS board of directors adopted a resolution establishing its Open Records Policy in accordance with Act 3 of 2008, the Pennsylvania Right to Know law, in December 2008. The fee for paper copies, if requested, is 25 cents per page.
